Cassandra Shober

Since a young child, Cassandra has grown up the real estate industry. Her father was a custom home builder and the family ran a construction business. Her mother began a career in banking, as she was drawn to the lending side to assist with financing homes for their customers. Cassandra's early career began when she wanted to help her father with building homes. He started her off by filling holes in baseboards and then, as she grew, painting doors and edging in walls. As the family business grew, so did her mother’s career in banking and soon she became a regional vice president of the bank. Watching her parent’s success, inspired Cassandra to follow in her mother’s footsteps and pursue a career in banking.

While in banking Cassandra learned aspects of sales, lending and account maintenance. As her career flourished, she decided to leave the banking industry behind and help manage a drywall company.  The company found a niche in drywall touch up and repair.  Cassandra helped fuel the companies success through customer referrals and marketing.  During her success, Cassandra  had four beautiful children, ages now, 22, 16,14,12. 

After moving to Florida, Cassandra was encouraged to pursue a career as a Realtor. Her extensive background in construction, banking, business management and marketing have proven to be effective in her real estate career. Since her time with Watson Realty Corp, Cassandra has built a strong marketing network based around legendary quality service and a passion to serve buyers and sellers. She has won multiple awards in real estate and is always growing and learning through continual education. Cassandra has a love and passion for her community and family.  She is actively involved with local community events and enjoys hosting educational workshops for buyers and sellers. Cassandra enjoys working with her customers and it shows!!
